Abstract
This article proposes an Islamic perspective to educational administration based on the Islamic worldview, the general purposes of the Shari'ah and the Islamic position on fundamental paradigmatic issues. It then relates the Islamic perspective to the field of educational administration, and generates, within the constrains of space, applications for selected areas of the field. The article concludes with a discussion that sets forth the "prolegomena" for an Islamic perspective of educational administration.
