Как насчет «Зеленого халифата»? Глобальное исламское управление экологией для правоверных мусульманских обществ

Abstract
За более чем пятьдесят лет международных перего-
воров по окружающей среде, начиная с первой кон-
ференции ООН по окружающей среде в 1972 году в
Стокгольме и заканчивая конференцией COP27 по
изменению климата в Шарм-эль-Шейхе в 2022 году,
основные экологические проблемы нашего времени
так и не смогли найти своего решения. Переговоры
по-прежнему оставались событиями второго плана.
Учитывая приверженность национальных госу-
дарств экономическому развитию и суверенитету,
возникновение тупиковых ситуаций вполне понят-
но. В таком контексте в данной статье предлагается
рассмотреть «Зеленый халифат» как глобальное
управление окружающей средой, основанное на ве-
ре, для сообщества шариатских стран и правоверных
местных мусульманских общин по всему миру. В
статье предлагается ряд обоснований для рассмотре-
ния идеи Зеленого халифата в свете чрезвычайной
климатической ситуации с разных точек зрения: со-
циальной справедливости, обмена знаниями и куль-
турной трансформации. Опираясь на книгу Шумахе-
ра «Малое прекрасно» и работу Овамира Анджума
«Кто за халифат?», данная статья раскрывает кон-
цепцию социально и экологически ответственного
корпоративного управления, которая может соответ-
ствовать стремлению Шумахера к «Четвертому ми-
ру», где правительство и экономика находятся под
подлинным контролем человека, поскольку размеры
таких подразделений невелики, разумны и соответ-
ствуют человеческому масштабу, а темпы развития
там соответствуют религиозной космологии, к кото-
рой их члены должны адаптироваться. Зеленый ха-
лифат предугадывается на деколониальном горизон-
те плюриверсальности в направлении многополяр-
ного мирового порядка.
